EasyPack Simulator is a web-based 3D container packing optimization tool. It helps you simulate how products fit inside boxes, cartons, and other containers. The service is operated by the owner of EasyPack Simulator, based in the Netherlands.
You need to sign in to use the app. You can sign in with Google, Microsoft, or email and password. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. To cancel, use the Stripe customer portal (link sent by Stripe). We do not store your payment details.
EasyPack Simulator provides packing simulations for informational and planning purposes only. Results are estimates based on the dimensions and settings you enter.

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of EasyPack Simulator is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
Privacy
We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we handle it — in plain language. We are the data controller under the GDPR.

We collect this data to provide the service — to authenticate you, determine your plan tier, and keep your saved loadouts linked to your account. The legal basis is performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third parties.
We use only the cookies that Firebase Authentication requires to keep you signed in (session cookies). We do not use any analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you want your account and data deleted, email us and we will remove it within 30 days.

Billing
EasyPack Simulator Pro costs €2 per month, billed monthly by Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. There is no annual commitment — you can cancel at any time.
Cancel anytime through the Stripe customer portal. After cancelling, your Pro access remains active until the end of the billing period you already paid for. You will not be charged again after that.
Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from digital service contracts. However, by starting your Pro subscription and immediately accessing the service, you expressly agree to waive this right, as permitted under Article 16(m) of that Directive.
We do not offer automatic refunds. However, if you were charged in error or have a billing issue, contact us and we will handle it fairly on a case-by-case basis.
